Welcome to REVideoLab. By using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

We provide video editing and post-production services for real estate professionals. The scope, timeline, and pricing of each project will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

2. File Submission

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary footage, assets, and instructions in a timely manner. We accept files via Google Drive, Dropbox, or other cloud platforms.

3. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours, depending on project scope and volume. Delays caused by incomplete materials or unclear instructions are not our responsibility.

4. Revisions

We offer up to 3 rounds of revisions per video, unless otherwise stated. Additional changes may incur extra charges.

5. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed upon before the project begins. For new clients, partial or full payment upfront may be required. We accept payments via bank transfer, Wise, or PayPal.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the creative nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once editing has started. If you’re not satisfied, we will do our best to revise according to your feedback.

7. Confidentiality

All client materials, including footage and branding assets, are treated as confidential and will never be shared publicly without permission.

8. Intellectual Property

Final videos are owned by the client upon full payment. We reserve the right to showcase selected works in our portfolio only with client permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from delays, file issues, or the use of our edited videos in your marketing campaigns.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith between the parties.
